Our Fitness Boot Camps are designed to get you in shape. Our elite team of trainers have several years
of experience in training athletes as well as non athletes. The one month long camp will consist of many challenges:
like team and individual challenges, running, sports type drills, plyometrics, kickboxing and more. You will receive
much motivation and fun in our boot camps and don't forget about the great results. Our boot are
for any level of fitness with modifications for beginers.
Currently we offer Camps in the Midtown and Vinings
areas. Camps start at 6am and/or 6pm depending on the schedule, 2 days/lasting for 45 mins. Always bring water and be sure you get doctors clearance before starting any new exercise program. All Around Wellness

Our fitness boot camps are normally $175.00 a month

for a 2 day a week 1 month session.
We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays
morning and evening sessions available.
